Time passes, in a flash, 2023 passes quietly, 2024 comes as scheduled. We have waved goodbye to the old year that we have been moving forward, and stepped into the expected New Year.

Looking back on the past year of CNTSUN, it was full of challenges and achievements. Over the past year, the team has experienced many setbacks and gained a lot of honours and achievements, and we have remembered the difficulties of this year and are full of expectation and confidence for the future!

In the mid-summer of this year, CNTSUN has fully entered the project performance implementation stage. Ten functional departments cooperated with each other, and dozens of projects were steadily promoted. Battling the severe cold and heat, every CNTSUN person who buried his head and worked hard was sweating hard. With the gradual growth of the team, the second-phase expansion of Wuhan headquarter office building is on the agenda. Meanwhile, the commissioning of the North China factory (Tianjin) and the opening of the staff welfare restaurant signify that CNTSUN has been metamorphosed into an up-graded enterprise, and the shipment volume is among the largest solar mounting manufacturing enterprises in Central China. At the same time, the social responsibility and corporate responsibility made me cautious and not dare to slacken!

In the frosty autumn of this year, CNTSUN has made great progress in the field of new energy by virtue of the wind of practical work and the power of innovation, and not only created the record of more than 1GW of domestic single-province (Yunnan) compliance projects, but also exported the photovoltaic products to the overseas markets, which helped the great idea of "One Belt, One Road" put forward by President Xi. This autumn, CNTSUN has gained a lot of rewards and won the following awards: "National High Technology Expertise Enterprise, Innovative Technology Enterprise, Top 10 Gazelle Enterprises with High Growth in Optics Valley of China, Top 20 PV Mounting Enterprises in 2023 China, and Optimus Prime Award for PV Mounting Enterprises in 2023 China, etc.". CNTSUN's high-speed development explains the power of the team's cohesion, and the recognition of the industry has become the driving force for CNTSUN to move forward with certainty, but the concept of "steady progress to the future" has always been my deep understanding of the sound operation of the enterprise.

In the winter of this year, CNTSUN continued to develop rapidly. With the commissioning of the R&D base in East China, CNTSUN, as a new energy manufacturing company, has already formed the situation of three intelligent factories in Central China (Wuhan), North China (Tianjin), and East China (Huanggang), and the annual production capacity of 200,000 tonnes of shipments to match the company's grand blueprint in market strategy. Then, the market competition involution and industry cycle characteristics, to the new energy manufacturing enterprises stable development has brought great challenges. I think the only way to enhance the strength, reflect the differentiation to highlight the competitiveness; to develop new products, layout of new industries, looking for new growth points for the strategic foresight, in order to resolve the fierce competition and economic downturn brought about by the situation. Persistence is victory, because I believe: "Winter is coming, spring is still far away?"

The world economy is in a state of flux, and all industries are being quietly reshuffled, and no one can always be the favourite of the times. 2023 will soon be far away, and all the awards won will return to zero along with the hour hand." CNTSUN will meet the opportunities and challenges given by the times with visionary strategic vision and practical business philosophy. 2024 is coming, CNTSUN will step by step, forget about the glory and climb to new peaks!
