What Confucius said is that in learning, we should constantly review and put it into practice; in fact, why don't we often review and summarise in our work, so as to review and enhance the overall strength of the team, and revise and consolidate the strategy and development of the company.
Recently, CNTSUN held the "2023 Management Mid-Year Management Summary Meeting", which was presided over by Yu Fangliang, Deputy General Manager of CNTSUN. After a passionate speech by Mr Yu, the person in charge of each functional department made a detailed report to the meeting in a serious manner.

The meeting mainly focused on several topics, such as "the first half of the work summary, the second half of the work objectives, the second half of the work idea".
Heads of departments and senior leaders attached great importance to this meeting, they carefully prepared for many days, using this opportunity, the achievements and shortcomings made in the past six months, as well as improvement measures, presented in front of everyone in the form of a PPT, to accept the leadership of the comments and corrections.
The atmosphere of the whole meeting was harmonious and lively, and the logic of expression was clear and concise, which could be described as the convergence of passion and fighting spirit, and the compatibility of wisdom and innovation, highlighting the spirited spirit of this young management team of CNTSUN, and also foretelling the vigorous and flourishing development trend of CNTSUN.
At the end of the meeting, Chen Junyu, General Manager of CNTSUN, delivered an important speech. First of all, he affirmed the business results and management situation in the first half of the year, and at the same time, he put forward requirements for the business objectives in the second half of the year, and decomposed and detailed the programme for completing the objectives.
He pointed out that the world pattern is full of uncertainties and the world economy has ushered in opportunities and challenges. As a manufacturing industry on the new energy track, it enjoys the dividends brought by the wind on one hand, and suffers from the crisis brought by the industry volume on the other. CNTSUN has to comprehensively improve from the following six aspects to defuse risks and crises and achieve high-quality development:
First, specialisation of talents;
Second, comprehensive technology;
Third, brand high-end;
Fourth, market globalisation;
Fifth, company platformisation;
Sixth, management modernisation;
He proposed that the work of the first half of the year has been completed, the end, both the inflection point, but also hope; I believe that through the review of this meeting, we work together to correct the direction, regroup, and move forward with certainty, and the second half of the year will certainly have a better business results.
He emphasised that CNTSUN team is a dynamic young team, and being young means infinite possibilities.
