Recently, CNTSUN General Manager Chen Junyu, Deputy General Manager Geng Dewan, Operation Director Chen Yanyan and the accompanying team arrived in Tianjin to express their condolences to the team of the northern factory on behalf of the company headquarters.

Since the summer, CNTSUN's northern factory has been operating at a high speed, and has been responsible for the important strategic mission of ensuring the supply of the company's northern market. Under the leadership of Manager Min Zhisheng, the operation team of the factory has been fighting day and night to deliver CNTSUN's products to the project sites in good quality and good quantity, which has contributed to the construction of new energy photovoltaic power plants in China and the rapid development of CNTSUN.

There is a kind of concern called "sending coolness" and a kind of greeting called "sending warmth".

Recently, CNTSUN General Manager Chen Junyu, Deputy General Manager Geng Dewan, Operation Director Chen Yanyan and their accompanying team arrived in Tianjin to express their condolences to the team of northern factory on behalf of CNTSUN headquarters.

First of all, Mr Chen kindly inquired about the working and living conditions of the factory staff, expressed his sincere greetings and thanks to the colleagues who stick to the frontline positions, and brought edible materials such as milk, mineral water, rice, grain oil, white flour, biscuits and so on to all of them.

He said that Tianjin plant, as one of the three main factories of the company, shoulders the heavy responsibility of production and supply of solar mounting in the northern region, and is also an extremely important part of the company's organisational structure. All along, the management team of the northern factory has been enthusiastic and dedicated, working in a well-organised manner and making selfless dedication to the development of the company.

Geng Dewan, Deputy General Manager of CNTSUN, said that every employee stationed abroad is an integral part of CNTSUN's team and is indispensable. On behalf of Mr Yang, the leader in charge of the company, he came to pay his condolences as a "mother's family", hoping that all of you can work safely, comfortably and responsibly in the field. He said that every employee of CNTSUN, besides the responsibility of supporting a family, has the "CNTSUN family" as your strong backing!

Manager Min Zhisheng, the person in charge of the factory, expressed a warm welcome to the visiting leaders and arranged home-cooked dishes and fine wines in the internal restaurant of the factory. Between the exchange of cups and glasses, the pain points in the work and the troubles in the life were dispersed in the sincere exchanges among the colleagues.

The trip lasted for three days, during which the company leaders understood and solved the problems existing in the daily operation of the factory one by one, and made the boards and optimised the optimisation, so as to lay the foundation for the high-quality development of the company.

Before leaving, the operation director Chen Yan Yan used the evening rest time to organise and lead the main management personnel of the factory to drive to the city to watch a local Tianjin comedy, further drawing the distance between colleagues heart to heart.
