At the end of November 2023, Marketing Department 3 worked side by side with Operation Department and Technical Department, each of them exerted their professional advantages to actively prepare bidding information for this project. 5 December 2023, through the efforts of all parties, overcame many difficulties, stood out among many competitors, won the bid in one fell swoop, and received the Notice of Award issued by the bidding party.

The project site is located in Suju Village, Tanmen Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, at latitude 19.15°N, longitude 110.58°E, altitude of about 32.6 m above sea level, about 80.0 km away from Haikou City, Suju Village, Tanmen Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, is also the famous Qionghai Cliff Column where the battles were fought, and is the hometown of the Red Army of the Red Army of the People's Republic of China. After the project is put into operation, it can produce clean and green electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emissions every year. The project supporting the construction of simple vegetable greenhouses, can provide a variety of high-quality green leafy vegetables, enrich the resident people's "food basket", to achieve the common development of the local community, enterprises, but also for the photovoltaic enterprises to increase the additional income to break out a new road, to promote the regional energy low-carbon transformation, to build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system for Hainan Province to make a contribution.
