Huadian Laizhou Tushan Phase I 600MW PV project is located in the coastal beach south of Laizhou Bay, Laizhou Tushan Town, Laizhou City, around Yinhai Chemical Industry Park. Laizhou City is located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula, near the Bohai Sea, at the junction of Qingdao, Yantai and Weifang. It is one of the nine key development areas of "Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula". 

Laizhou Port and Laizhou Harbor Industrial Zone are included in the "four points and four areas" of the key development and construction of "Yellow River Delta efficient Ecological Economic Zone".
