CNTSUN's 2024 Annual Meeting was Successfully Concluded in Wuhan

The year 2023 is fading away, and all the past is a prelude; the year 2024 is coming as scheduled, and all the future is an expectation.

In order to better sum up the experience and plan for the future, CNTSUN held the 2024 Annual Meeting in Optics Valley of China on 2nd February. CNTSUN employees from all over the world gathered together to celebrate yesterday's achievements, discuss today's development and look forward to the vision of the future.

In a warm applause, Mr. Chen Junyu, the chairman of CNTSUN, made a speech on the stage, he said: "Goals, pursuits, dreams, make up a colourful life, in the understanding of the four words of "life is short", some people choose to have fun in time, some people choose to strive for a better life, and we CNTSUN people choose to build a dream and go forward, and use the word "struggle" to write a youth with no regrets!

Mr Chen said, "In 2023, we made a good start, and we went through thick and thin all the way, and finally, we achieved brilliant results, which is the result of the combined efforts of the whole team, and in 2024, we hope that all CNTSUN people will make persistent efforts, climb up to new peaks, and continue to write the legend!

"The road is as long as the iron, and the steps we take now are from the beginning to the end." Tonight, all the glory will return to zero, and tomorrow, we start a new journey! May CNTSUN have a great exhibition in 2024 and win the world!

One point of ploughing, one point of harvesting. After Mr. Chen Junyu's speech, the excellent staff commendation session was opened. There is a shining star in every department, he/she is outstanding in his/her position. Tonight, the spotlight will shine (she), a beautiful face in the host announced the name after the stage to receive the award, he (she) is a role model! At this moment, he/she forms a beautiful landscape on the stage!

Development relies on operation, sustainable development relies on management, and middle managers are the cornerstone of the team's stable development. CNTSUN has been adhering to the management idea of "spreading, helping and leading", and incubating talents by efficient fission, so it naturally attaches great importance to excellent middle managers. In this conference, the middle-level winners were awarded with certificates of honour and bonuses, hoping that they will continue to work hard to promote the company's high-quality development with high-level management.

This year's Outstanding Department Award was given to the Overseas Department and the Management Department, members of these two departments are innovative and dedicated, with a high-flying attitude for the company to add new colours, but also for the company's growth and development has made a great contribution, he (she) by this award is well deserved!

The most shocking thing is that today's senior incentive award, three BMW cars from a 4S shop in Wuhan were delivered to the site of the annual meeting in the form of plate delivery, and the actual cars were delivered to the hands of three senior executives with outstanding performance of CNTSUN, which was an exciting and enviable scene. CNTSUN rewards the outstanding talents in the most "vulgar" way. This is the pragmatic CNTSUN!

The next game session turned the whole place upside down, with various kinds of funny programmes such as "Let me guess if you draw" and "Sound East, Sound West", etc., and the talent show at the back was even more amazing, which made CNTSUN staffs sigh with wonder that there are hidden tigers and hidden dragons among the staffs!

Some guests jokingly said that this is a group of "performing artists" delayed by the new energy photovoltaic! The most unforgettable part of the event was the sweepstakes, with ten thousand yuan of prizes, which made our hands soft and our mouths crooked with smiles.

The years are like water, the light is like a dream. Unconsciously, the dinner started, the administration department had already prepared CNTSUN's soy sauce-type white wine "Chuangwangworld", and before raising the glass to invite drinking, Mr. Chen Junyu,  opened the toast in this way: "The world's winds and clouds come out of my generation, and once I enter the jianghu, the years will rush by. I can talk and laugh about my ambition and domination, but I can't beat a drunken life."
